Unskilled / Semi Skilled Labour
We also provide unskilled and & Semiskilled manpower for loading / unloading, segregating, packaging & forwarding,
shifting. Also semi-skilled manpower for daily production on required basis. For the above purpose, we select the
manpower with required qualification for the job beefed up with experience. They are then made to undergo on the job
training for a minimum of three days before launching them on duty.
We also follow the rules regarding working hours and minimum wages Act of the state govt. A personal rapport is
also maintained by our supervisory staff with the labour resulting in a very harmonious relationship. We are proud
that we have had no labour problems in our company till now. Our senior manager visits the site on regular basis to
discuss mutual problems. Additionally, he is available for meeting or emergencies whenever there is a requirement.
